Common questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple or Google store account used for the purchase. Restoring a subscription is separate from recovering an anonymous recipe library.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Manage or cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Recipisy account does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by the store.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in Recipisy and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation and authentication steps. An accepted request may still be processing; the app shows its status. You can also request account and data deletion without the app.
Can I export my recipes?
The app supports JSON export of your saved recipe data. Image files are not bundled. Copies you export or share remain outside the app’s deletion control.
